Legacy at Millennium Park is topped out and waiting for completion in the Loop.

These pictures are a couple weeks old but it was a perfect summer day outside and the pictures came out great! The Legacy at Millennium Park rises 72 floors above the “el” trains on Wabash Avenue. Developed by Mesa Development, Legacy at Millennium Park contains 356 condominiums and is located at 21-39 South Wabash Avenue. Sales are doing amazing with the building being over 80% sold…not sure of the up to date number…but no matter what, Legacy at Millennium Park must be pretty close or has already paid off its construction loan. I like how narrow the building appears when seen from the side. And the blue glass contrasts nicely with the stone facade buildings along Michigan Avenue.
