Trio Condominiums, a new development by RDM Development, is located at 650-660 W. Wayman Street in Chicago’s Fulton River District. The Fulton River District has had an influx in residents from the development of condominiums and apartments over the past few years and I predict the area will become even more popular once a bit more retail moves in and some of the new homes fill up.
Trio Condominiums offer 209 residences in one high-rise and two mid-rise buildings with amenities that include a 10K square foot verdant roof garden, fitness center, and you even have a Jewel-Osco grocery store right outside your front door. There’s also a brand new park and playground across the street and you can even wake up to the smell of chocolate wafting through the air because of the nearby Blommer Chocolate Factory. Trust me, I was there to take pictures and it was crazy how the smell of chocolate filled the air. I honestly don’t think I would get tired of it either. The smell is something unique that you can’t find anywhere else in Chicago…that I know of.
